Kaheharuline keel on keel, mis haruneb otsast kaheks. Selline keel esineb paljudel roomajate liikidel, kes kasutavad seda haistmisel.
Elundi areng, asend, kuju, funktsioonid, värvus, morfoloogia võivad suuresti erineda nii liigiti kui ka indiviiditi.
Koolibrilastel on samuti kaheharuline keel.[1]
